Arcon House is a retirement scheme which consists of a two-bedroom flat, two bedsit flats and 15 one-bedroom flats. Residents can be assured of complete independence with each flat having its own front door.

These flats are let on an assured tenancy agreement through the Cardiff Council Common Waiting List, with rents set at an affordable level defined by the Welsh Government.
